Our group cleanses feature quality, nutrient-dense ingredients and meals from plant and animal sources.  You will eat abundantly from a wide array of foods and use the Eighty cleanse menus, recipes and guides to make the most of your experience. 


All cleanses come with access to a closed Facebook group for inspiration and accountability.  Over the course of your cleanse, we will provide community support, food education, and mind-body exercises to help you dig deep and see the progress you want. 


Here’s more good news.  Because we conduct our cleanses virtually, you can participate no matter where you live!  Doing a cleanse with a group, whether you see other cleansers in person or “meet” them virtually is clinically proven to increase your rate of success.  We will be standing in your corner the whole way, guiding you on your journey and watching you make yourself proud.
